As a Senior Brand Designer at Twilio, my role was pivotal in evolving the brand's visual identity to stand out and resonate with a diverse audience. I adopted the double diamond design process, focusing on discovery, definition, development, and delivery, ensuring each design was not only visually striking but also aligned with Twilio's strategic objectives.
Through collaborating with product marketing and external creative agencies, I contributed significantly to creating unified, effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
In this role, I championed Twilio's brand voice across various platforms by collaborating with external agencies and internal teams, boosting our market presence and expanding our team’s capacity. This experience solidified my skills in cross-functional enagement and project management, laying the groundwork for the next stages of my professional journey.
